It is regulated and registered by Ministry Of Corporate Affairs, Government Of India and directed by Reserve Bank Of India in matters relating to it’s deposite acceptance activities. It lends and borrows money among it’s members. It provides financial services to the unserved and underserved members and transforms to a mass market bank.
